Osteopathy is not just for back pain and something to do with bones. Osteopaths study anatomy, pathology and manual techniques for at least four years before qualifying. 

 

Osteopathy has many benefits and can treat many common complaints such as:

• generalised aches and pains,

• joint pains including hip and knee pain from osteoarthritis

• arthritic or rheumatic pain,

• general, acute & chronic backache, back pain, lumbago, sciatica

• uncomplicated mechanical neck pain

• headache arising from the neck (cervicogenic) / migraine prevention

• frozen shoulder, shoulder ache

• elbow pain/ tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) / golfer elbow (medial epicondylitis)

• circulatory problems,

• digestion problems,

• cramps, muscle spasms,

• neuralgia,

• fibromyalgia,

• inability to relax,

• minor sports injuries and tensions.
